Lindy’s Landing Is Excited to Introduce Our New Chef – Jeff Creswell!

Just two short years ago, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of Lindy’s Landing. We’re proud of our family-owned restaurant and couldn’t be prouder of our growth alongside the growth of the Wauconda community. But with growth and 50 years of experience in mind, we wanted our restaurant to reflect that. That is why we decided to bring on a new Head Chef to inspire new generations with great food while keeping our rich history in tact.

So it is our honor and pleasure to introduce our new Head Chef, Jeff Creswell. Jeff has a deep culinary history working at incredibly popular and well-received restaurants in the past. His passion for “low and slow” cooking was the perfect match for our laid back yet high quality dining experience. Get excited for some mouth watering, 14-hour smoked pork, brisket, and chicken.

Exciting Upgrades

Along with our new Head Chef we will be rolling out some major changes to our restaurant. We are redefining our interior with upgraded nautical themes to match our cuisine focused on smoked meats, fresh catches of the day, fresh cuts, and barbecue dishes.

The outside of Lindy’s Landing will still feature the relaxing views and experience of the past, but will feature a separate menu of our most popular burgers, wraps, and apps. You’ll be able to access Lindy’s Landing Beach Club through a separate entrance.

We’ve also expanded our beer selections, updated our wine list, placed an emphasis on using fresh ingredients for our house-made cocktails, and will provide separate lunch and dinner menus.

Frequent Lindy’s diners and those who have never tried us will all be able to try something new. Stop in to enjoy the new menus and drink options, and relax alongside Bangs Lake.
